Manage People Sets on Workplace

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
People Sets on Workplace let you organize people into custom segments at your organization.
Edit a People Set:
- Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
- Click People.
- Click the People Sets tab at the top.
- Find the People Set you’d like to edit. You can use the filters to find the People Set more quickly.
- Click to the right of the People Set you’d like to edit.
- From here, you can click:
- Add people or Edit profile criteria, depending on whether people were added to the People Set manually or by profile criteria.
- Edit set name.
- Delete set.
Export a list of people in a People Set on Workplace:
- Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
- Click People.
- Click the People Sets tab at the top.
- Click to the right of the People Set name to bring up a list of people in that People Set.
- Click in the top right, then select Export employee information.
- Choose between Without insights and With insights.
- When the export has completed, click Download file.
Promote posts by some people on Workplace
You can designate certain people whose posts you want to promote in Feed and/or emailed. You might want to use this feature to highlight posts from top executives at your company.
- Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
- Click People.
- Select the person whose posts you want to promote, then click .
- Click Set post preferences.
- Select Promote posts in Feed and/or Send email to promote posts.
